Crochet your own cute little pocket pineapple with my easy and free beginner amigurumi pattern! This pattern makes an amigurumi pineapple approximately 3 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide when using the yarn and hook specified.

The pineapple body is crocheted continuously in the round and uses a different stitch pattern than your standard single crochet stitch.

Read more about the process of designing this little pineapple back at this post. You can find a low-cost printable PDF in my Etsy and Ravelry shops if you would like the ad-free experience. Buying the pattern PDF is a great way to support amigurumi designers!

Leaves

Make a magic circle

Row 1: 6 sc in magic circle (6)

Row 2: In first stitch (1 inc. Chain 6. Starting in 2nd ch from hook, make 1 sc in next 2 stitches. Then make 1 hdc in next 3 stitches.) Repeat 5 more times in the remaining 5 stitches in the mc. Join last stitch to the first stitch of the round with a sl st. Leave a long tail to attach the leaves to the pineapple and fasten off.

Attaching the leaves to the pineapple

With your tail from the leaves, sew the leaves to the top of the pineapple. Weave in the end.
